In Cleveland, family-run Italian places are busiest on weekend evenings and around holidays, when reservations or call-ahead seating are worth it. BYOB is common at smaller restaurants in some states, with a modest corkage fee or none at all; the listing or a quick call will tell you. Wing-and-pizza shops across Ohio do most of their business by delivery and price wings by the piece or in fixed counts, with sauce heat adjustable on request. Catering trays, party pizzas and sheet pies need a day's notice at most places, and more around big game days.

Hours are published for 7 days a week. On most of those days it is open 4–9 pm. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is (216) 795-2355. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. Its website is mblittleitaly.com, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.

My wife and I had the opportunity to eat at Mia Bella during a recent trip to Little Italy. It was fantastic! We enjoyed the blue fin tuna special, a steak appetizer, brussel sprouts, crΓ¨me brΓ»lΓ©e and cannolis. I am gluten free, and their gluten free bread was the best I ever had. Dipped in the olive oil with the included olives…divine. Better still, our server, Gino, was incredible. He was extremely knowledgeable about the menu, attentive but not intrusive, and so energetic and enthusiastic about the job that there’s no way your mood won’t lift to try and match his. If in Cleveland, I suggest you checkout this gem. Ask for Gino!!!

Add yet another outstanding review to a spot that brings the Italian goods and then some. Or, porta i prodotti italiani e poi alcuni. The area is an important testament to the impact Italian immigrants have had all over the US. Go for un passeggiata after dinner and whisk back to a time this area had over 10K Italians working hard to bring Cleveland and Mayfield alive. I knew where I was in the right spot from the minute I was coming up to the restaurant and saw sidewalk tables with Grappa and espresso and people talking and not on their phones--funny as I post this. As a party of one later in their dinner service, the bar was a great spot to bed down for a lingering, no pressure dinner. Probably good since the place was completely packed with a local, Italian vibe. The wine selection was on point--both by the glass and bottle. While my server was not sure about Nebbiolo from Piedmont (northwest Italy), she was quick to point me to a good, comparable vino from Veneto that filled the void. I ordered a frutti del mare that could have served two and with an ordered side of crostini, proceeded to dive in with both feet. The linguini was on point, calamari had the right consist

Was here with my family tonight and food is excellent. One of our favorite places in little Italy. We started with three appetizers for a table of 5. Grilled octopus and eggplant Parmesan were outstanding. For main courses, the tortellini and fruiti de mar were outstanding. All the food was very good, and as good as anywhere I’ve been in the area. Service excellent. We were seated at a table and there was counter seating backing to our table that was very tight as servers tried to take orders serve from behind us. This became more than a little annoying. All in all the food and service as good as anywhere in little Italy, and better than most. Atmosphere a half notch behind in my view. Will happily return, and will definitely request to be seated away from the counter seating.
